Karma Points Update
Hey gang! We had notification yesterday that a new user, whose submissions were flagged in one of our moderation systems did not receive his Karma when they were deflagged and published. This is certainly a new issue, and one we have not encountered before as the system is designed to prevent this happening. Regardless, we’re actively on the look out for whatever the error was, and altered the Karma system to prevent any deduction. Whilst we’re confident this glitch is now resolved and affected only one user, we’d encourage you to keep an eye on your score – if for any reason you submission does not show up (i.e. it has been held for moderation) and you don’t get your Karma when it is re-published, do let us know. We can very quickly check against submission data if anything doesn’t add up!
