Ends 30/04. Luxury Cotswold hotel, Barnsley House has launched its garden events calendar and to celebrate is offering one lucky Homes & Gardens reader the chance to win a luxury spa break for two.
The historic gardens at Barnsley House were developed by the legendary Rosemary Verey 60 years ago and continue to attract visitors from across the globe.
To mark her legacy, Barnsley House has invited a selection of writers, artists and gardeners to give talks and run workshops that will encourage visitors to head outside into the famous grounds.
Among the selection of events is a lively talk by the Daily Telegraph's gardening agony aunt, Helen Yemm; a painting course with water colour artist, Sally Notley and herbs and potions workshops with Rosemary's daughter, Davina Wynne-Jones.
The prize is a one night midweek spa break at the hotel with dinner (£40 per person, food only), bed and breakfast and £60 in spa vouchers.
