Taking place at the new Food at 52 cookery school in Clerkenwell, during the course you and a friend will get the chance to create a variety of mouth-watering Spanish dishes, from quick and easy olive marinades to starters, mains and desserts. What’s more, you will be guided through an interactive tasting session to develop both your knowledge and palate of green, black, 'turning colour' and stuffed Spanish olives.
