Have you got the £1,000 idea?
We are looking for ways to make Brighton better. On February 14, 2011 our judges will look at the top 10 ideas as voted by you. They will choose 3 winners who will be rewarded with £250, £500 and £1,000 in cash. The winning ideas will be presented to relevant industry partners such as the NHS, police and the council.
Our goal is that, throughout the competition, as many ideas as possible are adopted by Brighton and become reality. Good luck!
Judging criteria
The judges are looking for ideas that are:
1. Realistic – We’d love to build a spaceship but it’s kind of pricey. Keep it real.
2. Appropriate – It is a good solution to the problem concerned.
3. Legal – Shooting seagulls is probably not a winner.
4. Innovative – It is something cool and maybe a bit different and inspired.
